The Miller Arrowx 1 SOLO-Q 100 3-Stage Tripod is a compact and lightweight tripod system that brings smooth yet precise pan and tilt control to cameras and rigs weighing up to 35.3 pounds. It features the Arrowx 1 fluid head, carbon fiber legs, a carry strap, and a tripod bag for storing and carrying all your gear.
The head features a sliding balance plate, independent pan and tilt locks, five steps of pan and tilt drag, 15 steps plus a zero setting of counterbalance for fine-tuning the head's operation, a precision bubble level, and an integral 100mm ball for leveling. The included Solo-Q carbon fiber legs feature three stages, providing a height range of 15.3 to 80.38", while selectable leg angle locks ensure rapid setup and excellent stability without a spreader. The 100mm bowl allows for quick leveling, optimum torsional rigidity, and long-term durability.
The versatile Miller Arrowx 1 Fluid Head accommodates a wide payload range of 0 to 35.3 lb using 16 steps of counterbalance. Pan, tilt, and counterbalance can all be set to zero to support even the lightest cameras. This pro video head offers five steps each of pan and tilt drag plus zero and counterbalance with CBPlus for precise control. The side-load Euro plate has a 4.7" sliding range and features easy drop-in mounting without the alignment issues posed by rear-loading designs.
The CBPlus counterbalance system features eight larger steps for quick setup plus interspersed half steps for fine-tuned control. The "one-flick" switch used to activate the half steps is positioned at the front of the head near the pan and tilt locks, keeping all the controls centrally located. Constructed from a lightweight yet durable aluminum alloy with composite polymers, the Arrowx 1 head has an illuminated bubble level and pan/tilt controls. Its 100mm ball base may be removed for 3/8"-16 mounting on a slider or other flat support. The Arrowx 1 head includes a telescoping pan handle and can be used with an optional second pan handle.
