Yes the Hahnemühle Signing Pen Duo can be used on metal prints when using the pigment black liner. The graphite side would not adhere to metal.

Will the graphite sign Hahnemuhle Fine Art Inkjet Bamboo paper? My standard pencils won't work
If your paper has a coating it is possible no pencils will work and only ink would work.
