Does Logitech offer replaceable key caps to make this keyboard Mac compatible?
Logitech does not currently offer replacement key caps for mac users. The keys will work, however, they will not be labeled as such. Aftermarket key labels can be purchased to remedy this. Please bear in mind full functionality for this keyboard can only be achieved on a PC platform, not Mac.

No, the Logitech K845 Backlit Mechanical Keyboard (Logitech Blue Switches)
BH #LOK845BLUE comes in different variants which have different key switches that all have a different feel and sound. The backlight color is only white.
