Save your back in transport

If you have back or lifting issues this is your bag. Sturdy and well made and best of all, no assembly. Internal place for everything including straps for secure hold. Additional zipper bag for all your cords and accessories. The Bose unit is bulky and with separate parts makes it difficult to physically carry to gigs. The Bose bag makes it easy to transport. My only concern is that the wheels are very small and doesn't handle steps or gravel paths easily. Otherwise, great unit and worth the hefty price.

We bought this bag to transport our Bose L1 Pro16 in and out of the community center where our church holds services. After only two Sundays usage (rolling over smooth concrete sidewalks!), one of the wheels broke off. Turns out the bag uses a swaged pin with a really thin flange to hold the wheel in place, and the flange literally popped off (see photos). Doing a little research after this happened, we found a couple of reviews at one of B&H's competitors, describing the same problem. We contacted Bose customer service about this but have yet to hear back. Pretty disappointing - especially considering the price of the bag. B&H's customer service has been first-rate, but wanted to post this review to inform others.
