Perfect for Sony ZV-1 with clone intervalometer

Perfect function with Sony ZV-1 and generic intervalometer. Connector locks nicely, and reasonable tugging/shaking does not produce intermittent contact. Length is appropriate for small camera on tripod.

REMOTE TIGGER FINALLY WORKED

I bought a cheaper version of this cables to do remote triggering with pocket wizards and using bulb mode on my Sony A7R3 to do light painting 20-40 feet away from my camera and non of them worked. Decided to spend a couple extra dollars to buy this one to see if there was any luck and this work worked perfectly on the first try. No issues what so ever.

The Vello 3.5mm Remote Shutter Release Cable II for Cameras with Sony Multi-Terminal Connector will not work as a sync cable for the A7R II or the Godox AR400. You will need two parts. The parts are the Vello Hot Shoe Adapter with PC Socket for Sony Multi-Interface Shoe, BH #VEHSASMPCS (https://bhpho.to/41HUF6b), and the Impact Sync Cord Male Mini (3.5mm) to Male PC (18"), BH #IM10032390 (https://bhpho.to/3JOWUyy).

Would this cable work for a Sony NEX-6 in conjunction with an original Vello wireless Shutterboss or would I need this cable with a Vello wireless Shutterboss III? Thanks.
