I have 2 of these that have become stuck together and I can't get them apart. Has this happened to anyone else?
The best way to separate two of the megants in the Oben Magnetic Mount Kit with Mini Ball Head is to twist or slide them away from each other in a lateral motion. You can also use the edge of table for leverage as you try to slide one of the magnets off of the other.

given the purported strength of the magnet base, isn't there a risk of damaging or erasing a digital (magnetic) media storage card ?!!
The Oben Magnetic Mount Kit with Mini Ball Head would pose no risk to storage media that is placed nearby.

How does this connect to the GoPro Max? I just bought both based on recommended accessories, but it's a no-go. I'm a noob. Thx.
If you don't already have a tripod adapter for your GoPro Max, you will need one to mount it to the Oben Magnetic Mount Kit with Mini Ball Head. You could use the Revo Tripod Adapter with 1/4"-20 for GoPro (BH #RETPMGP) if you need to pick up a tripod adapter.
