The bottom of the gimbal battery handle mounts onto the bracket's 1/4"-20 mounting screw. The aluminum and stainless steel bracket provides multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads, as well as two small NATO rails on either side for mounting a variety of accessories.

What would be load capacity while using in gimboom? ( Setup : Canon R6 + RF 28-70 + DJI RS2 + Tilta Battery Base + Manfrotto Gimboom ) Nearly 5 kg handing on other side

The Tilta Accessory Mounting Bracket for DJI Battery Handle Base adapter is designed only to connect directly to the handle of an DJI RS Gimbal. It is not designed to work with a Manfrotto Gimboom.

Will this be ideal for a shoulder strap?

This mounting bracket does provide multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads that can be used to connect a shoulder strap with those sized attachments. You could also consider a complete gimbal shoulder strap system such as the SmallRig Shoulder Strap for Handheld Gimbals (BH #SMKPAC2466 • MFR #KPAC2466).
