Well built but useless because there is no way to tilt the camera down at the subject. Seriously what kind of a camera tripod doesn’t have option to tilt the camera

High as a kite

Being high as kite and it floats around like one too. I'm sure if you add the stablizing cables it would be secure. I'll have to try it, extra work and may not be able to use in all situations, sense the tie downs would need to secure with ground. Simple to use, but is a little loose.
