Add a top handle, extension arm, handgrip, monitor, or another small accessory with a standard NATO clamp to your camera cage or rig with this black NATO Rail Mount from Tilta. The aluminum and stainless steel rail features two 1/4"-20 screws to mount onto a cage with 1/4"-20 threads, plus a center slot that allows you to slide the screws to fit different thread configurations.

The compact NATO rail offers quick release functionality for your NATO clamp gear, and there are two safety pins on either end to prevent your accessory from slipping when mounted. The attachment slot measures 1.4" in length.

Works but...

This NATO rail works well for TILTA's female receivers. I ordered it to replace a missing part that is normally a part of the Tilta Float kit. I bought mine used and that vital part was missing...For some stupid (and I emphasize 'stupid') reason, Titla does not sell spare nato rails that come with their respective rigging kits, such as the Float, Hydra Alien, etc. if you are missing the appropriate part, they have to do a special order from their Chinese headquarters, which just blows my mind. Other companies, such as wooden camera, Smallrig, and even Neweer all sell spare parts. This is a part that could easily be lost, and I'm sure it has been lost many times. I don't think that their consumers should have to wait up to two months to get a replacement part sent from China when they could just as easily stock these things, and even have them available with a retailer such as B&H, or even Amazon for Christ sake. This part seems to barely work but if I had to do any further adjustment, for balancing, I would be short on millimeters of throw distance to do so... Still waiting on tilta to send the CORRECT part, but this appears to at least suffice for now. Tilta needs to get their s*** together. Do better

It is smaller in length than what it looks in image and described in specs, I would say like 2.19.
