Hello Jens, Thank you for your question! Indeed you can add our SHPAD3 shoulder plate to this kit. As long as you have long enough rods to go through the main baseplate. We suggest 18 inch rods. Adding our PAD1 backpad at the back of the shoulder plate makes the unit way more stable.
