Add additional accessory mounting possibilities to your RED KOMODO cinema camera with this SHAPE Top Plate for RED KOMODO. The top plate attaches to the top of your camera with two 1/4"-20 cap head screws and provides multiple mounting holes for attaching accessories without stressing your camera's body. With a plethora of 1/4"-20 holes, 1/4"-20 holes with anti-twist divots, and 3/8"-16 holes with anti-twist divots, attaching accessories is easy.
Taking advantage of the anti-twist divots allows you to attach accessories that stay secure and won't unexpectedly twist, which usually happens at the worst moment, ruining the shot. Two individual 15mm spring-loaded rod clamps can be mounted on the plate for adding rod-mounted accessories.
Top Plate
While the RED KOMODO body features some accessory mounting holes, the top plate protects your investment by providing multiple mounting holes to take the wear and tear of attaching and detaching accessories, instead of wearing out your camera's body.
Rod Clamps
The individual rod clamps can be attached to the top plate and allow you to mount optional 15mm rods. Each clamp uses a spring-loaded lever for securing your rod on the clamp.
