The ikan Dovetail Mount for Stratus Shoulder Rig System adapts your Stratus Shoulder Rig to mount on any ARRI standard compatible dovetail plate. This two-piece mount attaches to the shoulder pad assembly creating a dovetail baseplate that does not interfere with the shoulder rig's handheld use. With the front and rear dovetails attached, you can go from shoulder to tripod mount via an optional ARRI dovetail plate. A lever lock on the side of the front assembly clamps onto the dovetail rails, allowing you to balance your rig and lock it in place. The front and rear assemblies feature threaded accessory mounting holes
Front Dovetail Mount
Attaching to the front of your Stratus rig, the front dovetail mount features 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threaded accessory mounting holes. A 360-degree rotatable clamp allows you to lock the rig in position.
Rear Dovetail Mount
A rear dovetail mount supports the shoulder rig once it's mounted onto your dovetail plate to prevent excessive strain on the front dovetail mount. The rear mount also features 1/4"-20 threaded mounting holes for adding accessories.
