I have a similar question to one that was asked already but not yet answered. I want to use this to convert HDMI output from a Canon 7D and feed it into Zoom or OBS. I have tried the Canon Utility and there is noticeable lag. Can this be used with that camera and feed it into a Mac?
Asked by: Aaron
This product only works if your camera has a clean HDMI output. If the camera does not have a clean HDMI output then the capture device will include the screen overlay information (such as battery life, memory card space etc). check the manual to determine whether or not your camera has the ability to turn off the screen overlays.
