it’s the correct piece for the sony version of the flash. replacement was straightforward (although tinier fingers would have helped immensely lol). it even feels like the shoe fits onto the camera more smoothly. testing on TTL mode, the communication seems to be there.
Easy to installs

The part was quite easy to install once I removed the damaged one from the flash unit's body. So far seems to work OK.

I have a TT350 for Nikon. If I replace the shoe with this one for SONY, does my TT350 for Nikon become compatible SONY TTL system?
No, the Godox Hot Shoe for TT350 Flash for Sony Cameras is only for the TT350 for Sony. It does not work with the Nikon version of the flash.

Does Godox make an all metal hot shoe replacement for the TT350s that will fit the A7IV?
The Godox Hot Shoe for TT350 Flash for Sony Cameras is the only hot shoe replacement made for the TT350s. And it is not metal.

It says the foot is metal in the description...is it actually metal? It appears to still be plastic for Sony.
The description that says "metal" is not accurate, and the comment from B&H is also misleading. The only metal components on this part are the four metal screws. The base, sliding plate, and internals of this part are all plastic, just like the original. There is no "metal" in this shoe.
