This replaced a faulty integrated Bluetooth adapter in a Linux laptop and it works well. I had to first permanently disable the integrated adapter with a udev rule, then Linux automatically recognized this Bluetooth dongle; no further configuration was needed. Works with all my Bluetooth devices.
