Is this complete with everything in the list (heavy duty tripod, eyepiece, controller, etc.) or just the OTA and mount head?
The CPC 800 XLT Schmidt-Cassegrain Telescope is sold as a complete kit. The optical tube, fork arms, base, heavy-duty tripod, plus standard accessories (finderscope, diagonal, eyepiece, handcontrol) are included. A power supply is available separately.
