The ramen noodles of sound for your computer

The Adesso S4 provided instant sound for my desktop PC! However, that sound is super basic and ruined by constant hiss when playing any sound. The price is great, but I seriously regret this purchase and will be saving up for something else. The specs for the USB sound chip is 16bit and a sample rate of 48khz, but the sound chip must be really low quality to sound this bad.
