The adapters for the Deity Microphones W.Lav Micro Subminiature Omni Lavalier Microphone with Microdot Only (Black) are available for purchase separately, like the Deity Microphones DA35 Microdot to Locking 3.5mm Adapter (Black), B&H # DEDA35. For XLR, you can either use the DA35 combined with the RODE VXLR+ 3.5mm TRS Female to XLR Male Adapter with Phantom Power Converter (B&H # ROVXLR) or the DPA Microphones DAD6001 Microdot to 3-Pin XLR Adapter with Belt Clip (B&H # DPDAD6001BC), which can be attached directly to the microphone's Microdot connector.
