Will this work with the Dji wireless mic system with the microdot to trs adapter?
Yes. I've used these on pro sets with Dji Mics & the Road Wireless Pro. As mentioned, these have a microdot connection so you will need a microdot to whatever your wireless pack needs (Dji & Rode uses the 3.5mm trs/Sennheiser).

Yes, the Deity Microphones W.Lav Pro Omni Lavalier Microphone can be used with a Microdot adapter, however, the voltage is supplied by the device that the mic is connected to, not by the adapter itself, unless the adapter has a power supply. For example, the W.Lav Pro can be used with the Deity Microphones DA35 Microdot to Locking 3.5mm Adapter (B&H # DEDA35) for connection to a wireless transmitter like the Sennheiser SK 100 G4 Wireless Bodypack Transmitter, which will supply 3V DC to the mic through the input.
