This 58mm Close-Up Lens Set from Nisha is a versatile set of four close-up lenses for shooting small subjects that normal lenses can't get close enough to. The three included +1, +2, and +4 diopter magnifying lenses are useful for taking pictures of small objects like flowers, coins, stamps, and more. The additional macro filter allows for even closer focus, allowing the camera to focus down to approximately 2 to 6 inches.

totally worth it if you want to dip a toe in macro
Close up lenses like these make for a much less costly way to try macro shooting. No light loss (as with a bellows or extension tubes) and the various diopters allow for flexibility of how much working distance (that is, the space between the front of the lens and the subject) you can get. As with all things macro, longer focal lengths allow for greater working distance - so using these on, say, a 70-300MM zoom can make for some nice flexibility.
Nisha 58mm Close-Up Lens Set (+1, +2, +4, Macro)
Len set works like a charm. Only down-side is they aren't anti-glare reflective coated on either sides. They are made in India. Construction is very good. Picture taken is with a kit 'Sigma' 18mm-50mm lens from my old SD14 Sigma. The lens was at 50mm f.l. The macro lens plus the +4 lens were piggybacked together for this high magnification shot of my watch face. Camera was hand-held.
