Celestron 94028 Overview

Use the 34" long Celestron Soft Tripod Bag to safely carry your telescope tripod, and maybe your mount (depending on compatibility), to your observation site. Its exterior nylon material protects it from weather and the padded interior protects it from impacts. Carry the bag by the two soft handles or its padded shoulder strap.

These bags are great. I don't even own any Celestron gear anymore yet I keep buying these well made bags. Zippers are a good size and durable. Inner velcro partitions make it adaptable for storing many accessories along with a telescope all rigged up with focusers, guide camera and guide scope, and main camera. Just put them in and zip it up. It keeps dust off until the skies clear up again.

Whoa this thing is huge, massive. Way bigger than I imagined. It is really well built, excellent padding (especially the bottom) - very much on par with the Ruggard padded bags. I bough this for a Celestron 6SE telescope. The tripod would rattle around if it weren't for the straps to hold it in. I can fit a lot more stuff in here along with the tripod. Bonus - there's a big padded pocket on the side for accessories. The only improvement, maybe a pouch inside the bag.

The Soft Tripod Bag 34" will only fit the NexStar 130SLT's tripod. We recommend the larger Soft Tripod Bag 40" to fit the tripod and optical tube.
