Do you think this Domke backpack style strap will fit me with my F-2 bag? I'm a 300 lb guy.
IMHO, it depends on your body shape. Size wise, it shall fit. However, it may not be as confortable as you wish on the side under chest. It is not a replacement for a backpack anyway. So, can't expect it to be as confortable as a backpack. We know why we want a F-2 instead of a back pack. So, I consider it as an additional gift for the F-2 so I much appreciate it. Also, like all Domkes, the longer you use it the more it shape to your body shape and the more comfortable to use.

could this be used on a shoulder strap camera bag that is not a domke specific bag? Tamrac perhaps?
If you see the setup of the straps and clips, it would really only work if it matched that profile.
