Warning: the 3-pack does not come with a charger cable! It worked out for me because I could use PoE with my current setup but I was not expecting to do so! Other than that. Exactly what I would come to expect from a UniFi product.

Switch is plug n play if you want it to be but is configurable as well. Love the POE port and slim design. One less power port potentially. It does come bundled with a plug if you need additional power or use it with a non POE application.
