If you're hitting the street with just this lens mounted on an XT-4 what's a good neoprene pouch to throw that setup into? I'd like a way to pocket a camera with this lens mounted.

I owned the original 27mm But one day it just died. When I went online to see if I could find out how to fix this problem, I found many people had their 27mm just stop working. Do you know if they fixed this problem with the new lens? It was a really great lens and gave wonderful results and did last for several years. It was the first lens I bought and even bought it from B&H before I bought the camera.
Asked by: Charles
They did make quite a few improvements to the overall stability of this lens in terms of build quality and operation so you should get more longevity out of this lens when compared to the previous version.

can you apply extension tube to this lens?
Asked by: Rita
Yes an extension tube can be used with this lens, as it would only shorten the existing focusing distance of that lens. One example is the FUJIFILM MCEX-16 16mm Extension Tube for Fujifilm X-Mount, BH # FUMCEX16 https://bhpho.to/3oAShtj

I have to amend my answer. If the filter has threads, then yes, the standard hood works.
