The iOptron iGuider Autoguider System is made up of their 30mm f/4 iGuider Mini Guide Scope and Autoguider Camera to produce a much more compact autoguiding kit than conventional systems. The complete system weights just 7 ounces and will fit on most finder scope dovetails, so it can be used with most OTAs regardless of size or configuration.
Designed to be used in conjunction with their iGuider 1 guide camera, the iOptron 30mm f/4 iGuider Mini Guide Scope takes the place of your conventional finder using the same mounting dovetail, so you have autoguiding capability without the large guide scope you'd normally need to use. If you have an iOptron CEM26 or GEM28 mount, the scope will mount without the need for any adapters. It features achromatic lenses and anti-reflection coatings to ensure the camera picks up tack-sharp views for accurate tracking.
The iOptron 1.2MP iGuider 1 Autoguider Camera is used during astrophotography sessions to help your computer keep your mount tracking a subject with a high degree of accuracy during a long night of imaging. It is outfitted with a 1280 x 960 1.2MP 1/3" sensor that produces 6.44 arc sec resolution when coupled with its companion iGuide mini guide scope. The camera tethers to your computer running ASCOM planetarium software via the included USB cable. Please note that while it is ASCOM compliant the iGuider doesn't support ST-4 guiding.
