I've been putting mine through heavy use for about a year and half now to power my FX6. I've never had an issue with it and it shows little sign of wear.
I used it for no more than 5 times , it was all normal. I even labeled the + and - ports on the DTAP plug in case I accidentally plugged it in incorrectly. It worked fine but today it stopped on me for no reason. Very disappointed with it.
