SHAPE FX6VF Overview

Relocate your original Sony FX6 LCD or add a viewfinder with this Push-Button Viewfinder Mount from SHAPE. The mount is designed to work seamlessly with your FX6 and its LCD viewfinder with support rods included with the camera. It features two points of articulation, SHAPE's push-button release system, and a spring-loaded locking lever for adjusting your viewfinder.

The integrated 15mm rod features a large push-button release for forward and backward articulation, and it provides a spring-loaded locking lever that allows you to adjust the vertical height of the LCD viewfinder. Pressing the push-button release, you can rotate the viewfinder 360°, allowing you to place the viewfinder in the most comfortable position.

if you are going to use it as displayed in the photos, it will probably be fine I shoot with an eyepiece (Zacuto Loupe) when pressing my eye against the eyepiece it becomes loose (really needs two screws at the base) working on adding a second base next to it to keep it from moving

Yes, the SHAPE Push-Button Viewfinder Mount for Sony FX6 can work with 15mm rods for mounting other displays to the mount. Shape also offers that 15mm rod clamp that works with the Viewfinder Mount. SHAPE Offset Swivel Monitor Mount with 15mm Rod Clamp BH #SHOMB15
