Yeah, so it says on the page for this hood that it is Not compatible with the Sony E-Mount version of Apo-Lanthar 35mm f/2.0. So I'm thinking, maybe it would fit my Sony E-Mount 50mm Apo-Lanthar f/2.0? After all, wouldn't they also say it was not compatible with the 50mm APO if they're calling out the 35mm APO? Yeah...no. I ordered it and it does not fit. It's going back. I guess if I read it closer I would have noticed it is a bayonet and not screw on. Oh well, back to the tube hood that came with it. There is nothing wrong with it. Perfectly well made. That is why I don't like forced ratings. It deserves better than 3 stars on a mount that it fits but I couldn't possibly give it 5 stars and the return it.
