What's the difference between this PavoTube 6C and the Pavotube II 6C?
Nanlite only has one 10-inch tube light, which is named the Nanlite PavoTube II 6C. The Nanlite PavoTube 6C 10" RGBWW LED Tube with Battery, B&H # NA152017, is simply missing the "II" in the name and should be corrected shortly. If you visit the manufacturer's website, as of the time/date of this reply, they only have the Nanlite PavoTube II 6C listed as their 10-inch RGBWW LED Tube light option.

Can product be used while connected to USB power source to extend use time?
THE Nanlite PavoTube II 6C RGB LED Tube Light (10") can run longer while plugged into a PD battery. But it will only last longer. It will eventually drain both the internal and PD battery.

How many amps of power do I need to get this light not to pulse over 80%?
The specs call for the power supply to provide 15 volts, and the charge cable supplied is USB-C, which can provide up to 20 volts. Plugging it into USB-A with an adapter might not be supplying enough power.

Mine charges extremely slowly (1A*5V). I have tried many quality cables and chargers and get the same result every time. Is this normal? It's taking FOREVER to charge the light
A 1A 5V charger is a rather low powered USB charger. More powerful chargers can charge faster. The manufacturer lists the recharge time as 2.5 hours.
