How does the USB-C v3 interface work? While the regular USB works fine to my laptop, I get no signal when connecting via USB-C cable, even when I attache a 5V power supply.
The ikan HomeStream HDMI to USB Type-C Video Capture Device has a USB 2.0 interface. Make sure the USB port is rated at 2.0 or higher is compatible with this capture card. You might have a faulty port.
