Isolate your microphone from vibrations and reduce extraneous stand-borne noise with the WindTech SM-6, a spider-style shockmount designed to hold cylindrical microphones ranging from 1.37 to 2.36" in diameter and weighing up to 1.43 pounds. Thanks to its spring clip, the SM-6 does not interfere with access to your mic's onboard controls.
The subframe is suspended with eight elastic bands to increase the shockmount's stability. Easily adjust the angle of orientation and secure it in place with the locking knob. The SM-6 can be mounted on mic stands or boom arms outfitted with 5/8"-27 or 3/8"-16 threads.
