The Blackmagic Design ATEM Mini Extreme is an 8-input live production switcher for live streaming. It features an integrated control panel and has advanced broadcast features. In addition to live streaming using RTMP protocols, you can also output your program as if it was a webcam over USB. This versatile switcher's eight independent HDMI inputs accept all popular HD signals up to 1080p60. Each input has discrete frame rate and format converters, and it supports re-syncing for seamless switching between a variety of pro and consumer cameras, game consoles, and computer feeds.

Can the ATEM Mini Extreme simultaneously stream to multiple RTMP services, or is a separate service needed to stream to multiple destinations?
While the ATEM series can only stream to one destination, that destination can do multiple from there.
Example, my church ATEM MIini Pro sends to our Vimeo account, which produces a live feed within our website and YouTube. We can do more than these but that's sufficient for us. Note we have need of both paid Vimeo and YouTube accounts to facilitate it.

A Mini Extreme is a switcher as well as the Constellation. Switchers cannot control other switchers. There may be third party software that might help.
