The Tilta Camera Cage Kit A for C300 Mark III & C500 Mark II is an advanced cage built around a customized shoulder-mount baseplate with a nonslip shoulder pad, ARRI rosettes, VCT-14 plate support, and 15mm LWS front rods. An included adapter plate allows mounting an optional Tilta 10" dovetail plate or 19mm Studio bridgeplate to the baseplate instead of attaching a VCT plate. The kit also includes a side arm, a U-shaped top plate that attaches directly to the top of the camera, and a rear plate that mounts directly on the back to offer standard and anti-twist mounting threads. The side arm of the cage secures to the U-shaped top plate.
The foundation of several Tilta cage kits for the Canon C300 Mark III and C500 Mark II, the customized Quick Release Baseplate features a nonslip shoulder pad and offers ARRI rosettes, VCT-14 plate support, and 15mm LWS rod ports with two 7.9" rods on the front. An optional rod block can also be mounted on the rear.
The baseplate comes with 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 camera tie-down screws and a height-adjustable lens adapter support with a 1/4"-20 screw that can be secured to compatible lens mount adapters. Between the included VCT locking extension and adapter plate for 19mm baseplates, the Quick Release Baseplate allows you to additionally attach a VCT plate, Tilta 10" standard dovetail plate (TT-C16-BLK), or Tilta 19mm studio bridge plate (TT-C06-D).
Attaching to the top rear of the C500 Mark II or C300 Mark III, this U-shaped Tilta Top Plate allows you to mount accessories onto the top of the camera. It provides multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads with locating pins for securely attaching your accessories.
This plate is also used to attach the optional Tilta powered battery plate for these cameras, and it comes included with the battery plate. It's also part of the Tilta cage for the C500 Mark II/C300 Mark III.
The Tilta Rear Mounting Plate for the C500 Mark II and C300 Mark III attaches to the rear of the camera and provides mounting threads for attaching external power solutions and various other accessories. It offers multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads with locating pins.
