As others have mentioned, the monitor must be COMPLETELY dismantled to use this case. Feet, Vesa mount, and MCU must all come off before storing. In my case, I couldn't even get the power cable to fit without pushing the upper tray above the lip (it has a lower tray for accessoriesand a removable upper tray for the screen). If they had included cutouts to allow the feet and/or Vesa mount to remain intact, it could be great, but as-is, this is a waste of money.

If you plan on having ur monitor with a stand mount and the feet at the bottom it doesn't all fit built so you have to take it apart each time.... that really doesn't make sense.

Will this case hold the Neon and the Innovativ Monitor Mount?
The Atomos Carry Case for Neon 17 Monitor is cut specifically to accomidate just the Neon monitor itself, but, you should be able to find space for the Inovativ Pro Monitor Mount if you disconnect if rom the Neon, or if you cut the foam to make space for it.
