Regular Dilution
Use a 1+4 dilution if the developer will be used for a long time with relatively small amounts of paper per day. The working solution at 1+4 keeps for approximately one week.
High Dilution
To develop a lot of paper in one day, use a 1+9 dilution. It has a higher yield per liter of concentrate. To keep developing times constant replenish the lost developer with fresh working solution. The working solution at 1+9 keeps for approximately one to two days.

I teach middle school art in a homeschool co-op, so we don't have a well ventilated, dedicated darkroom space. This was ideal for our makeshift dark room and it worked just as expected! Great product!
