Fast Connections
Getting to your audio shouldn't be a hassle, which is why B&O engineered the Beoplay HX with support for Google Fast Pair, Microsoft Swift Pair, and ensured they are Made for iPhone (MFi) certified.
Multi-Day Battery Life
Even with active noise cancellation on, the wireless Beoplay HX headphones can deliver up to 35 hours of playback. If you want to maximize your battery life, the Beoplay HX can provide up to 40 hours of wireless listening with ANC turned off.
Clear Calls
When you're on the go, it's essential to be able to stay in touch with everyone from co-workers and clients to friends and family. This is why the Beoplay HX over-ear headphones come equipped with four built-in beamforming microphones. Beamforming technology focuses the mics on your voice to minimize external sounds and ensure that only your voice is heard.
Premium Materials & Comfort
When listening for long periods of time, it's essential that the Beoplay HX headphones remain comfortable. To this end, the memory foam earpads have been wrapped in soft lambskin and the headband features a center relief zone to reduce the pressure on your head. Other premium materials like anodized pearl-blasted recycled aluminum, polymer-painted plastic, knitted fabrics, and smooth cowhide have been incorporated to both elevate aesthetics and deliver long-lasting durability.
Two Devices with Multipoint
Supporting multipoint technology, the Beoplay HX headphones can be paired with two devices at the same time, seamlessly switching between the two as needed. For example, you can listen to streaming videos on your tablet and then quickly switch to take an incoming call on your smartphone.

Bang & Olufsen Beoplay HX Reviews

Build Quality is amazing, sound quality is virtually the same as Bose QC 2

I have owned 2 pairs of the Bose QC 2 for work and travel. After a few years each pair has similar issues, the ear cups are worn out (replacements are not the same as new), the headband is extremely worn and cannot be replaced. My current pair of Bose is a bit of a Frankenstein using the ear pads from my previous pair of QC 2's as the replacement pads from Bose were terrible. If Bose made the proper replacement parts for QC 2 they would last for a long time and to me the patina from use on the plastic parts would be ok and sort of cool. My hope was to purchase a replacement that would last longer, thus i purchased the B&O HX which are made beautifully. Upon arrival I tested them against the Bose for sound quality and surprisingly they sound about the same as the Bose QC 2. Friends and family (musicians and professional filmmakers) who participated in my test all came to the same conclusion, "i cant really tell the difference in sound quality, they both sound pretty good." Everyone agrees the B&O are better made, but not worth the steep price increase for similar and not stellar sound quality. I am returning the B&O and purchasing Bowers & Wilkins Px7 S3. They are far less expensive than the B&O with similar build quality (parts are replaceable), and not much more expensive than the Bose. Every review i read states they have far better sound quality than both of the aforementioned headphones. I will update this review upon their arrival. To test these I used 2 iPhone 16 Pros, one dedicated to Bose the other dedicated B&O. The Spotify settings were set lossless and EQ set to flat over a very robust wifi network. We tried multiple tracks from different artist always starting playback on each phone simultaneously so we could swop headphones listening the to same music. Music choices were Pink Floyde - Another Brick In The Wall Part 2 & Wish You Were Here, Paul Simon - Graceland, U2 - Mysterious Ways, Peter Gabriel - Games Without Frontiers & Solsbury Hill, Iron Maiden - The Trooper & Run To The Hills.
