The point of this review is to express my complete disappointment with Deity products. Specifically, I want to talk about the DA5S Adapter again, an item that should honestly be recalled and fully refunded to everyone who bought it. I had the exact same issues with the SPD1 power distribution unit, and the response was identical, total indifference. No one ever replied to my inquiries, and this level of neglect from Deity is just unacceptable for any brand claiming to serve audio professionals. On top of that, I bought these items directly from B&H, so simply sending me an email telling me to contact Deity myself is not a real solution. I expect much more proactive support from B&H, a company I have always trusted and respected for its customer care.

Does not fit microdot

I bought one of their first Microdots awhile back and it worked great. But when I purchased two of these, they are both bad and do not turn more than a quarter turn on the mircodot making distort any time it gets bumped or nudged.
