What's the difference between TRS and TRSS? I will use with BMPCC 6K Pro and Fujifilm X100VI.
The Sennheiser CL 35 TRS Locking 3.5mm TRS to 3.5mm TRS Coiled Cable (B&H # SECL35TRS) is designed for the Sennheiser MKE 200 and MKE 400 shotgun microphones to connect with DSLR or mirrorless cameras. "TRS" means the physical connector is configured as "tip, ring, sleeve.” The "TRRS" configuration is "tip, ring, ring, sleeve." These configurations relate to the number of conductors used in the cabling and connectors. "TRRS" is common to mobile phones, tablets, and computers. The FUJIFILM X100VI Digital Camera uses a sub-mini sized (2.5mm) TRS audio/microphone input, and it is not compatible with the Sennheiser CL 35 TRS cable. The Blackmagic Design Pocket Cinema Camera 6K Pro features a 1/8"/3.5mm mini stereo TRS audio input, which is compatible with the Sennheiser CL 35 TRS cable.

Can the locking end to used in a normal 3.5 mm port i.e the one on the side of your camera?
No, the locking connector on the Sennheiser CL 35 TRS Locking 3.5mm TRS to 3.5mm TRS Coiled Cable cannot be used for connection to a non-locking 3.5mm input or output. This cable is intended for use with a Sennheiser MKE 200 or MKE 400 Shotgun Microphone or XSW-D Wireless Microphone Receiver that has a locking 3.5mm output connector, or with similar devices. If you need a similar coiled cable with standard non-locking 3.5mm TRS connectors on both ends, you can use the Kopul CMX-RC30 Right-Angle Coiled Stereo Mini Cable (B&H # KOCMXRC30B).
