Designed for reporters, videomakers, and interviewers, the Yelangu Mic07 is a shotgun microphone that can be used either handheld, mounted on a camera, or attached to a boompole for shooting clear-sounding YouTube videos, vlogs, interviews, and more. It comes with a 23' cable that plugs into the 3.5mm audio input of your camera (or mobile device with an adapter available separately). The mic can also plug into the XLR input of a camcorder using an XLR cable (available separately).
The stylish Mic07 features a rugged and lightweight all-aluminum body that's comfortable to hold during interviews. Its cardioid pickup pattern focuses audio capture in front of the mic, great for dialog and speech capture. For an even clearer sound, a switchable low-cut filter helps reduce appliances noise when shooting indoors and traffic noise when shooting outdoors.
The mic can be powered via a AA battery that can last up to 150 hours. When using an XLR cable, it can also be powered via 48 V phantom power provided by either a camera or mixer.
The Mic07 comes with a foam windscreen and a furry windscreen to greatly reduce wind noise. A camera shoemount and adjustable boompole mount are also included.
