The silver-finished, steel 40" Master C-Stand with Sliding Leg Kit & 2.5" Grip Head rises to a maximum height of 10.3', lowers to a minimum height of 3.2', and can support gear weighing up to 22 lb. The stand has two risers and three sections topped by a 5/8" stud. One of the stand's valuable features is its sliding leg (sometimes called a Rocky Mountain leg) that can be positioned anywhere on the main riser to accommodate stairs or uneven terrain.
