The black-finished, steel 40" Master C-Stand with Sliding Leg Kit & 2.5" Grip Head rises to a maximum height of 10.3', lowers to a minimum height of 3.2', and can support gear weighing up to 22 lb. The stand has two risers and three sections topped by a 5/8" stud. One of the stand's valuable features is its sliding leg (sometimes called a Rocky Mountain leg) that can be positioned anywhere on the main riser to accommodate stairs or uneven terrain. It has a stable footprint of 37.4". The C-stand is complemented by a 40" grip arm with an attached 2.5" grip head that can support flags, diffusers, or other modifiers.

In the specs it says, this has a detachable base AND a levelling leg. I thought, only turtle base C-stands have a detachable base/riser. Can you positively confirm that this specific version actually features BOTH? (as opposed to Kupo #KS704011) Thank you!
