This Mitchell Base Bowl Adapter from Kupo easily adapts your Mitchell mount tripod or dolly for use with a 100mm bowl tripod head.
This adapter doesn't require any tools to fits onto your Mitchell base support system. While designed for use with Mitchell base tripod legs, the bowl adapter also provides the capability of rigging tripod heads with 100mm bowl mounts to hi-hats or cheese plates; Kupo has enabled this feature by machining the aluminum adapter with five countersunk holes for simple setup.

Will this work with the Proaim Variable-Height Mitchell Camera Riser (13 to 22")? I see it has 3 countersunk holes, does it come with screws?

No, the Kupo Mitchell Base to 100mm Bowl Adapter does not fit the Proaim 10' Wave-2 Video Jib/Crane Arm because it does not use a Mitchell mount.
