Power your Blackmagic Design Pocket Cinema Camera 6K or 4K with this Sony L-Series Battery Adapter Plate from DigitalFoto using an L-series battery. The L-series battery plate features a coiled cable and a 2-pin connector at the other end that provides 12 VDC output to your camera.

The battery plate is mounted onto a metal plate with a mounting screw, allowing you to use a variety of mounting adapters, cages, or accessory arms. The plate also features a 2.1mm barrel coax output that provides 7.2V power output to additional accessories.

Does this step up the voltage of the battery from 7.4V to 12V or higher? The input for the BMPCC should be minimum 12v right?

Yes, the DigitalFoto Solution Limited L-Series/NP-F970 Battery Adapter can step up the voltage to 12V through the 2-pin cable. The 2-pin port accepts a minimum of 12V. The LP-E6 battery slot accepts a minimum of 7.2V.

Could this plate both power the BMPCC 6K pro and ...

Could this plate both power the BMPCC 6K pro and the Tilta Nucleus Nano at the sometime with the 2nd port?

This could power both if you also get a power cable that will go from this plate to the Nano motor. However, the Nano motor needs 14.8V to run at the full torque, whereas this plate only outputs 7.4V from the second port. We would not recommend trying to power both off the L-series battery as that will use a lot of power and cause the battery to die fairly quickly. Using a V-mount battery to power both will be a much better option.
