  • Optimize investment in hardware systems and SW licenses by sizing pools based on concurrent users.
  • Configure systems for a private/dedicated host or pools of hosts.
  • Assign users and machines to groups (Microsoft Active Directory required).
  • See status and availability of all centralized systems for remote session management.
  • Assign a scheduler role to teachers or department leaders for managing and monitoring workstation sessions for groups like students or department users.
    • Remote Power Control
    Remotely turn the power on or off for your Z Workstations. IT administrators can enable or disable this feature for remote user use.

    You don't have to remember individual IP addresses. Instead, simply click on a system name and connect to configure a one-to-one dedicated workstation session. User can connect with almost any device, quickly returning to active work sessions, and may be assigned the same workstation each time or the next one in a pool. Administrators can easily set access and control policies via Active Directory. The scheduler feature allows users to schedule or request dedicated workstation time.
    ZCentral Connect Manager Requirements
  • Windows 10 (version 1607 or newer), Windows Server 2016 or 2019
  • Active Directory access. All users must be registered in Active Directory.
  • 2 GHz quad-core CPU.
  • 4GB RAM<./li>
  • 240GB Solid State Drive with minimum of 50GB free space.
  • ZCentral Connect Manager, Agent and Client software must be able to resolve and communicate over customer supplied network infrastructure.

  • Supported operating systems: Microsoft Windows 10, Ubuntu 18.04 and 20.04, RHEL 7 and 8.
