I purchased four for a portrait session in a home kitchen that overlooked a garden. The sheets were easy to mount on the outside of the kitchen windows with gaffer tape, and the .6 was perfect for balancing my indoor strobes on the subject indoors.

May I cut this to size and use in a filter tray in front of my lens?
The Rosco E-Colour #210 ND .6 Filter (21 x 24" Sheet) is designed for using on lights rather than on lenses. Putting these sheets on lenses may physically work but is not recommended. Doing this can cause problems such as focus.

How can you get it fit to a studio strobe with a 7 Bowens reflector for lower the light?
You may use the Interfit 4 Leaf Barndoor Set for Interfit Flash Heads - Includes Filter Holder B&H # INBD, which has a built in filter holder. You would have to cut the filter to fit the holder. Please see the image below.

Will this alter the light in any way besides knock down exposure? ( Diffusion, Temperature, etc. )
I use the gel on 5600K LED lighting and have not seen any color temperature shift or diffusion.
