I happened to need this item for an unusual purpose, cutting it into narrow strips. I discovered, laying them end to end over an evenly diffused light source, that the density appreciably varied from one end to the other. In most uses, the light will be averaged out, so this will be no issue. The size was convenient, saving me from having to invest in a roll.

Going to eventually buy a bigger version of it because it worked so well on smaller windows for being able to see outdoors.
