Part didn't fix, but their outstanding service did

I own several Coast flashlights. Unfortunately, two of them quit working within weeks of each other. I contacted customer service and received a reply the next day. They sent me out a new tailcap and battery carriage. I tried each and tried another fresh set of batteries, and it still wouldn't work. I informed customer service and they sent out a new flashlight. For the other less expensive flashlight, they sent a new one without trying to send parts first. I was very impressed by their quick replies, status updates and making good on their lifetime warranty. Thank you for everyone's help!
