The 14" MacBook Pro fits perfectly well in the front pocket of this bag. Please see the picture in my review.
However, the back panel of the bag which functions as the cover to the camera module has an integrated laptop sleeve which is designed for up to 13" laptops. You cannot easily fit a 14" laptop in this sleeve.

If your lenses are compact, the backpack should hold the lenses as well. However, there are many lens variables, so it may not fit larger, longer lenses.
