Compatible with the Sigma fp series of mirrorless cameras, the EVF-11 Electronic Viewfinder is an auxiliary viewfinder offering bright, high-magnification eye-level monitoring. Featuring a 0.5" 3.68m-dot OLED panel, along with the large 0.83x-magnification and 21mm eyepoint design, this EVF offers clear and immersive viewing that is especially useful when working in bright conditions. The finder's design incorporates a 90° upward-tilting design to suit working from low angles and a sports integrated 3.5mm headphone plus USB Type-C ports to maintain a typical workflow. The EVF-11 connects to the fp camera body via the left side USB Type-C and HDMI Type-D ports, and attaches using the side 1/4"-20 threaded mount. It maintains access to the microphone port on the side of the camera and also has a built-in switch for changing between EVF and LCD viewing methods.

Sigma EVF-11 Reviews
Pretty good but not quite perfect
I suppose the question most people will have is, 'get this or get the LVF?' The LVF, which is just a magnifier of the rear screen, is very high quality, bolts on securely and is less $$. Only flaw is that the diopter moves very easily and I find that I have to check it constantly. That said, I was happy with it until I needed to do some low level photographs where I was not going to kneel down in the mud. Squatting that low and holding the camera steady was almost impossible and my hip let me know I shouldn't ever do it again. So I promptly bought the EVF. As for the quality of the view, it compares well with the similar product on my Fuji 50S, which is good enough for me. It adds a lot less bulk to the kit than the LVF. As already mentioned, it loosens and you do have to tighten it every time you pick the camera up. As also described, the diopter adjustment is a real pain to get to but once it's done I don't find I have to do it again. All in all, I'm glad I bought it, even at the price. I usually attach the LVF at the same time, for the best of both worlds. I should say that my only use of the camera is for stills.
Meh
It does what is supposed to do but needing to use the slider switch to change between EVF and rear display is more cumbersome than I envisioned at time of purchase -- it makes me appreciate the auto-switching feature that most mirrorless cameras provide, which I previously took for granted. Also, the switch placement is awkward to reach when holding the camera normally. A few other buyer beware items are (1) you loose access to the HDMI port and (2) USB pass-through is for storage connection only and you can not longer recharge the camera via USB, and (3) diopter control requires eyecup removal. Build quality is good and if you really need an EVF then this gets the job done, and the tilt is a nice bonus. For the price point, however, Sigma could have ponied up for a higher-resolution display. This unit is very expensive for what you get IMO.
