With razor blades being at the top of the list for workplace related accidents, Coast created the DX190 Pro Razor Knife knowing that the added double-lock protection will prevent the knife from accidentally collapsing. The DX190 includes a storage compartment in the handle for extra blades. A quick flip of the lever on the body of the knife allows you to replace blades quickly as needed. The knife is fitted with standard size double-ended utility blades.

Open the knife with a quick flick. Small studs mounted on each side of the knife blade allow for easy, one-handed opening.
Secure your knife at hand's reach. The one-position knife clip makes it easy to keep your knife readily accessible while also tucked away in your pocket.
One blade, twice the safety. During standard use, the liner-lock automatically engages and locks the blade open. But when you need to make more rugged cuts, push the doublel-lock switch forward to block the liner-lock from possibly disengaging and allowing the blade to close on your hand. You can adjust the safety detent action to control how easily the knife closes with the tension screw on the side of the knife.
Switch out dull blades quickly and easily. A small lever on the side of the blade housing disengages the lock on the razor blade and allows for quick blade replacement.
